Positively Powered Coaching Driven by a Proven Mastermind Format

CWEEL Power Circles utilize a proven mastermind coaching format to create a positively powerful trusted alliance  working together in the spirit of harmony with definite purpose  to provide you with nurturing support, knowledge, and resources to help accelerate your career growth and overcome career challenges. 

These energizing coaching sessions are facilitated by Nathalie Osborn, AEE/CWEEL Member, and Chief Energizer of Positively Powered Professional Development, and fueled by collective wisdom of a rotating panel of vetted CWEEL industry leaders.

During each 60-minute session, CWEEL Members will have the opportunity to step into "hot-seat" for 10-15 minutes of dedicated live coaching, energizing support and high-value feedback on specific professional goal or career challenge.​

​Each CWEEL Power Circle will accommodate coaching 3-4 individuals in front of the full group through a structured, nurturing process that also provides participants who do not make it into the circle to listen in and receive the borrowed benefit of the coaching provided.  ​

Two Ways to Energize Powerful Coaching Benefits

1. Listen in for Borrowed Benefits
If you're not interested in stepping into the CWEEL Power Circle for live coaching yet, or if you don't make it into the circle you will still receive the borrowed benefits of coaching just by listening in!
2. Step into a CWEEL Power Circle for Coaching
After registering, CWEEL Members who are interested in stepping into the circle for live coaching are encouraged to sign-up in advance. Individuals who sign up will be extended the first invitation to step into the CWEEL Power Circle for coaching during each session.
