In today's world where it's easier to send a text or an email, I bet it's been a while since you received a handwritten note in your mailbox that wasn't an annual holiday card.
Sending a handwritten note is simple way to power positive energy!
Earlier this week, I received a postcard with a picture of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg from my brother who's currently in Germany, with the following note:
Dear Nat,
A message I found to be incredibly thoughtful because J.R. knows how much I love the water and the sound waves lapping the shoreline. With a short simple note, that probably took him less than a minute to write, he definitely send some extra sunshine to brighten my day!
It's often the simplest gestures to let the people in our lives know we're thinking of them that matter most
I love sending out handwritten notes to friends, family members and clients, both "just because" and as a "Thank-you." It's not uncommon for me to buy a stack of fun notecards when I come across them - even if I immediately don't know who I'll be sending them to, because I trust one day it will be the perfect message to share a little joy with someone.
If all it takes is small investment in single stamp and a little of your time to send a smile with snail mail:
